Do you think I am an idiot? This law is important and necessary and I'd totally vote for it even if you called it the "rape baby bunnies mandate."
"Civil Sidewalks" sounds so much more civil! Besides, I will do whatever the SF Chamber Of Commerce wants because they are RAD.
Look, I like this law, but let's not pussyfoot around. It's a law about sitting and lying, let's call it that. Sugarcoating is for sitting-lying hippies!
