Should a suspended felon prepare the Trestle Board even though other suspended Brothers are prohibited from receiving it in the mail?
NO. Those labouring under suspension should neither view or prepare the Trestle Board, it is Masonic communication.
YES. The Trestle Board is available for public view on many websites so it's not true Masonic communication per se.
It appears as though the Grand Lodge of Florida is subjective in enforcement of rules and regulations as set forth in the Digest of Masonic Law of the state of Florida
