Yes. Not only should the legislation be re-examined and clarified, all resulting amendments should be implemented to the letter.

No. Grand Lodge is going to selectively enforce rules and regulations regardless of re-examination of legislation.

Not only should it be re-examined, members of the fraternity should be allowed to offer input without fear of retribution.
