Is our culture becoming one of "foodiots" or is a reflection of a diverse culture?

Yes, we are becoming "foodiots"! 20-somethings need to grow up and understand the nuances of food culture to truly appreciate it.

No way! The blending of old with new is the way Generation Y does things! They always want to ask, why not?

I don't, but I sure could go for a steak or sushi or salad or wait . . . I'm gonna go grab a mixed plate.
