I'm surprised at the large yes vote, but I think people might be confused. If you thought the burning of the hat was great and you quickly read the title of the article: "Should Sandra have torched Russell's hat?", and go right to the poll and vote "yes" you missed that the poll reads "Did Russell's hat deserve to live?" (to which you would have voted "no").
