Jack, Kate and Sawyer found him and freed him
Miles found him (he ran off before Smokey could get him)
Richard Alpert found him (if he survived Smokey's attack)
Widmore and Zoe found him before heading to the DHARMA barracks
Sayid let him out of the well earlier
Desmond found a way to escape the well, possibly with Jacob's help
Island Desmond "crossed over" to the ALT timeline and is busy gathering the ALT Oceanic 815ers
