The Secretary of Governance may "suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest."
Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants.
A National Population Registry keeps track of "every single individual who comprises the population of the country," and verifies each individual's identity.
A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number.
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be Imprisoned. Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned.
Foreigners who sign government documents "with a signature that is false or different is subject to fine and imprisonment.

How dare these idiots try to push us around. The Arizona law is a less harsher law than the federal law ( the law that Obama and Congress refuse to enforce). This just goes to show everyone here that we cannot forget what's going on right now and to VOTE these Commies out of office in November, 2010 and November, 2012. President Calderon can't take care of Mexico's problems, how can he criticize our laws? And to see Congress jumping to their feet and applauding Calderon after his intrusive speech was appalling. Obama has been radically indoctrinated to be a leader for CHANGE to make us a collective; after all GOD and genetics do not create us all equal. Are you a genius or one of the beautiful people? I am not -- just an individual intelligent enough to work and save money as taught by parents and faith in GOD. Obama wants USA citizens to feel his boot on their neck like Dictators or Heads of Countries like Russia, China, North Korea, Thailand and most Middle Eastern, African and South American countries.
