What are you going to do after Comrades?

I have no idea

Have a week rest, then start walking and running (I'll go mad not running)

Have a 3 week rest, then train for the next event (I don't want to loose my fitness)

You are not going to see me running again for a long time

Have a 6 week rest, then start slowly again

I'm done running Comrades (time to look for a new sporting challenge)

I'm doing exactly the same as before (I didn't run)

Starting back running again. Been spinning but would love to do cross country running during winter...anyone keen to do that with me. Good strengthening for road running.
