Yes, I really wished for Mr. Eko to appear in the series finale. I can easily imagine Eko as a priest, that would be really great and heart-warming and it makes the ending complete. It didn't feel right that he wasn't in the finale. He's one of the at the most three Main Characters to not have an appearence after their death scenes. Although, the other two (Nikki and Paulo) do not count.
I also missed Michael and Walt. I thought they were really necesarry, because it would reunite the whole original Main cast. A bit of an disappointment.
