What's Your Primary Race Distance This Summer?

• I love the 5K's. They are the perfect blend of speed and endurance.

• 10K's all the way. I think they are more challenging than a 5K but still have a speed component.

• Half Marathons are for me. I like this longer distance run at near tempo pace.

• Marathons rule. The marathon is the ultimate race distance.

• Ultras are the best. I like long distance running at a more moderate pace.
