Depends. Does said giant jello shot have rum in it (if orange then rum else vodka)? If so, run right through it. If not, break the surface with face and hands/arms and then get stuck in the middle and die of jello asphyxiation.
Depends entirely on how you hit it.
If you hit it face-on, with head/chest/legs more or less simultaneously, you'd bounce right off.
If you leapt at the last second and dove in head first like a horizontal Greg Louganis, you'd get stuck in the middle and suffocate. Fun.
