We have heard ther declaration, "poluter pays" in the House of Assembly, over and over; accordingly the Federal Gov should clean up the sites to CCMA standards and then put the properties up for bids. The Province should put the boots to them to make sure that happens; including taking them to Court to enforce the Laws of the Province.
Following completion of the bidding process there will likely be a shorter list that the province could review, purchase or release the Fed to demolish the sites not worth keeping.

It is my opinion that the federal government should keep and
maintain these lighthouses, and they should come under
pressure (not to mention enlightenment) to do so.
They've just got it all wrong to get rid of these lighthouses.
Your voting options don't present this option, so I
vote for the next best option, that the province take
them over.
