Has anyone seen a copy of Obama's birth certificate? He traveled abroad and had to use a foreign passport - why did he not have an American passport? Freedom of information only is FREE when it's for everyone - and Obama is hiding tons - just try to read any of his law school papers, even though he was prominent on law review, nothing is public about his writings - why?

To the best of my knowledge, no other country allows for "anchor babies." In fact, my British, now American husband tell me that if you are the child of British parents, born in another country, you are not not automatically a British citizen. You can apply and get your citizenship the legal way.

As a Native American Indian, I feel that the first time an illegal immigrant had an 'anchor baby' was the first time a pilgrim gave birth on American soil.. Some politicians think if they get the hispanic vote they will win. This have been proven to be wrong is the recent elections. 90% if Americans support Arizona. Go back to your country and try to make it a better place to live. Our forefathers had nothing, absolutely nothing and built this country from scratch. I suggest you go back home and do the same. Starting at the top, it is ignorant, classless, and disrespectful, to tell someone to shut up. Second you shouldn't be calling someone else ignorant if you cannot spell the work correctly. Third, the beauty of living in America is we don't have to go to "run away" to another country. Fourth, and most important, I am the child of an immigrant family. When my parents came to America they had to learn to speak, and read English, they had to learn good manners and the "American Way' because they no longer lived in Italy or Greece. They did not speak Italian, or Greek, in public places, as it was considered an INSULT to the rest of America to not learn the native language of this country.
And with regards to "prayer" I suggest you spend more time reading, and understanding the Bible, and the teachings of Jesus Christ before you ask other people to do the same. Christ was very clear about who has the right to judge, and trust me it isn't you.
If you don't like this country I suggest you go back to where ever you came from. If you, or anyone else, is here illegally you are breaking the law and you should be treated as a criminal. Hopefully all illegals will be offered the opportunity, involuntarily, to return to the homeland, where they can reform their own governments rather than burden our society with their arrognat demands to be considered above the law.

Illegal search and seizure decisions basically ruled that if evidence were obtained by other than legal means then any evidence could not be used against a person - - then how does the illegal act of sneaking into the country bear a legal act of creating a citizen?????????????? It can't it shouldn't it doen't The fourteenth amendment was created in the months following the civil war to protect only freed slaves who were still not considered people or citizens. It was meant to ensure that slave decendents were allowed to become citizens!!!!
