Having watched a slow and steady increase of people using the park, I believe
it is now time to make some changes so even more people will enjoy and use this
park. A lot of people want to improve the area where the city contractors tore up the
fence and surface(the old tennis court) where the children were playing games and some skateboarding.
It could be made into an entertainment area, since lighting is already there
