I voted Braden too for a few reasons... 1) coming off that a-rod controversy and totally made him look like a bad ass. 2) doc got away with anything close 3) your reasons... I will def give Galarraga a close second.
I voted for Dallas Braden mainly because of the team he pitched the perfect game against. Tampa Bay has some of the best talent at the plate in Longoria, Crawford, Zobrist, Upton, and Pena (although its either HR or K for Pena).
