Do you think the Seattle Passive House will pass the blower door test without tape on all of the seams and connections?

Yes - attention to details and using other methods can still result in an air tight construction.

There is a possibility - you don't always need a belt AND suspenders to hold your pants up!

Maybe - but if it does Dan should immediately go out and buy a lotto ticket.

Probably not - but it could still be considered air tight under non-Passive House conditions.

Not a chance - but good for Dan for being the guinea pig on this.
