The Execs at AT&T still don't get it. For years they monopolized the telephone industry in the USA with a spotty service record. But they knew, good and well, our dissatisfaction in their poor service had no immediate, bottom-line consequences. Ernestine, indeed. Since deregulation, however, the "little folk" have alternatives. Unless and until the service improves, equal to Verizon, it will be a frigid day in hell before I accept that chutzpah-driven enterprise back into my life. When Apple decides to open it's service affiliations to others like Verizon, I and many thousands of others will purchase their products. Resentment, and PAYBACK is quite a bitch, hungh, boys?!
