Judging by the endorsements she has received from respected financial expert like Mike "Mish" Shedlock and respected organizations like the Republican Liberty Caucus, and decisively winning this poll, it appears that Kelly Nguyen will offer a real choice and can beat John Lewis.

He also got a $1,000 contribution from SunTrust, the bankrupt bank that we, the taxpayers, were forced to bail out. Great, so they are using OUR money to promote people like Fenn Little...

I would think that Ms. Nguyen would be better suited to run against John Lewis - given her positions on reducing the size of government and regulations (never seen a lawyer do that). And I also believe she would take away more votes from John Lewis' minority vote; people who've been led to believe that their very existence is dependent upon the government's checkbook (or modern-day slavery).
Alex White is a career criminal -- he signed hundreds of blank payment vouchers for the Atlanta Narcotics Squad so they could get warrants, without evidence, to commit armed robbery under color of law. He is an accessory to 1st degree murder therefore, and snitched to save his own life. He was busted a year later for selling drugs to police in Douglasville 3 times. Fenn Little knows all about all that because that is what he is using to shake down the taxpayers in his federal court case. Don't worry, Lea, it will all come out soon in detail and then we'll see who is ignorant! Hero, what a joke, and Fenn Little was quoted comparing an accessory to murder to Martin Luther King, sickening!
Jim, you might want to check out your facts. Remember the old saying that it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought of as ignorant than to open your mouth and prove that you are ignorant. Soon to be Congressman Little’s client is the one who risked his life to make public the fact that the APD officers were falsifying warrants, shaking down citizens and violating the Constitution at every turn. Alex White was hailed as a hero by law enforcement, civil rights leaders, members of Congress and even the top exchelon of the Justice Department. The person you called a snitch, risked his life and made more drug busts both state and federal than any other confidential informant in Atlanta and probably the state.
Fenn Little is suing the city of Atlanta, (i.e. you and me the taxpayers of the 5th district), on behalf of an accessory to the 1st degree murder of a 92 year old grandmother. It looks like his strategy is to get the city to settle in return for not opening up the can of worms about how the police wrote hundreds to thousands of fake warrants in order to rob and arrest people at gunpoint in their own homes. So ask yourself why he is representing the snitch that participated in the murder, and not the victims. Sleeze!

I agree Steve - its about time! I had the chance to hear both of them speak briefly and it was clear very quickly that Fenn Little has a much better shot at defeating John Lewis. Either one would be much better than Lewis but Kelly Nguyen's lack of experience was very obvious in her speaking, it would be really hard for her to debate Lewis. I hope the people of the 5th take the time to look at both of them in person.
Thank God we will finally have a choice in the 5th! John Lewis needs to go!!!
