Great -- Her answers so far make me comfortable that she's a good choice.

Good -- I think she's held her own, though I can't say I agree with everything she's said.

OK -- Too soon to say, but so far no major issues.

Questionable -- I'm listening to her answers, and I'm not yet confident she's the right choice.
