Is there anyone actually in attendance at Ryanair HQ in Dublin? I have been faxing and emailing re volcanic ash delays to my FR8249 flight Faro/Bristol (8 days: cancelled 17.04.10, restored 25.04.10), since a first submission 02.05.10 --- now 10 weeks ago. I have had no replies, and I have not seen any general guidance they may claim to have offered through the media. They seem to have imposed a blackout on any outgoing communications.

While they are so happily incommunicado I believe it would be fruitless to wonder about their latest "Upright flights" scam, so intend simply to ignore any future blandishments or threats from that source.
