Do you keep your laptop at the side of your bed at night?

  I have my laptop with me while watching television, and it stands at the side of my bed all night. Moreover, I'm a digital marketing manager, so I spend at least 4 hours a day on social media for professional purposes.

  Social media is NOT about what you might miss by not checking in every 10 seconds.
  It is about what you can gain that you otherwise might have missed. So there is not one single reason to check in every 10 seconds. Or late at night, or early mornings.

  Whether it's a laptop or iPhone 4, it doesn't matter. There are so many ways to check on your social media profile(s). Before I roll out of bed I check SMS/email/twitter. The world moves so fast that anything could have happened in the 4-7 hours I was sleeping.
