If the Tevatron were to discover the Higgs boson before the LHC does, that would be:

Hilarious. After years of LHC hype, being beaten to the punch would serve them right.

A travesty. American accelerators are not allowed to discover bosons, only fermions, dammit.

I don't care which of them finds it, so long as somebody does, and we can stop hearing about the damn thing all the time.

I hope neither of them find the Higgs, or anything else new. I'm rooting for particle physics to crawl into its own navel and disappear.

If the who discovers the what before the who, now? I'm just here for the baby pictures and soccer commentary.
