Stone Soup is soooooo unique. If you are anywhere near Waynesboro-you have to gravatate to this wonderful eatery and book store. There is always something fun there and the entertainment is Wowwwwwww as well as the food selection. A must place to be seen.

Stone Soup Books & Cafe ROCKS! Wonderful food, great staff, quaint atmosphere - one would miss a very comfortable and delicious experience if they did not visit Stone Soup Books & Cafe in Waynesboro!

Oakra's has such a wonderfully fun and whimsical feel, I love the apps and they are half price during happy hour, the bartenders are so awesome! Abita Beer is a treat! The main courses are delicious and the salads are too die for! But I have to tell you, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING beats drinking a hurricane and eating dessert. WE do that on Friday or Sat night to just enjoy. They have bands or artists most nights of the week and to just sit, sip and eat desserts like Creme Brule or Bannas Foster.... nothing is better than that! Lessez les bon temps roulet, let the good times roll.....

Stone Soup Books in Waynesboro has excellent, locally produced food, a fine selection of books, a great, friendly, casual atmosphere in a small Victorian house with patio, poetry and book discussions, offers a variety of lessons including dulcimer, AND a variety of traditional, bluegrass, Irish, folk, etc. music offerings by local musicians on Friday nights. It tops my list of places to go.

The first lady recently ate at Okra's in Manassas. I think that should automatically move Okra's into first place!
