How mad would YOU be?

• Furious. She obviously didn't appreciate your efforts, and probably doesn't appreciate you either. Next time you make a reservation, bring a different date.

• Annoyed for sure. But at least you saved money on the dinner. And really, it is her loss. Get her something small and next time she wants to go somewhere nice let her handle the reservations.

• Not mad. It isn't her fault she had to work or that traffic was bad, or that you made an early reservation. Get over it and try again.
