Yes -- He obviously was there to interfere with people trying to use the facility, a clear violation of a legitimate law.

No -- So let me get this straight: Before I stop on a public sidewalk in Chicago and say a prayer I have to measure my distance from a health care facility? Get real!

Undecided -- I get that Chicago has a right to pass such a law, but the guy was just praying, right?
