I'd like to see Adam catch a dose of the pox from a crack whore and then infect Jane. Their baby is born with two heads at which point Adam dies after injecting bad smack and Jane offs herself after smothering her kids. How about Peter Sutcliffe escapes from Broadmoor and hides out in Jane's shed. She goes in to find a plant pot and wham! The Ripper whacks her with a hammer.
