Each person pays just for what they ate, cash only or credit card only

Each pays for their selections, cash or credit cards

Each pays for their own, but everyone hands cash to one person who puts it on their card

Everything is split evenly, just for food and drinks, and each figures out their own tip

To heck with all of this - I don't go to dinner in groups
