For WWE to turn things around several things need to happen. First and foremost Vince needs to step back for good and hand control of the company over. The man is too old and has no idea what the fans want anymore and is completely out of touch with what it takes to put on a good wrestling program. Second they need to fire all these hack hollywood writers and hire people who have some knowledge of the wrestling business. The next thing that needs to happen is they need to start cycling Bourne, Kofi, Morrison, Miz, MVP, Christian and Hardy into the main event picture and start cycling HHH, Taker, Cena, Edge, Jericho out of it. Orton and Sheamus are young enough that they can remain there. And the final thing that needs to happen is Cena needs to turn heel. There is nothing more he can do as a face at this time, the crowd reaction to him is mixed anyway and it would finally open up the spot of #1 face for someone else to fill that spot. It may even boost his merchandise sales to turn him heel the way it once did for the Rock.

Can see tna still sucks is here with his Cena PJ's on having fun babbling about how bad TNA is while supposedly writing about RAW which he did not do any of.
The nexus angle, the only part I could stomach made no sense and makes the feud watered down and stale. The writers at WWE have no clue anymore and are just throwing anything and everything out there hoping people like Andrew/Black Death/tna still sucks watch with little kiddie eyes clapping and laughing.
Shame Linda will not win the election due to the very thing she is trying to destroy and that is funny.

Cant wait until the elections are over, so the WWE can finally go back to their roots and put on a show thats worth watching, go back to the programming that put them where they are now, since Linda Mc decided to run for senator, the WWE shows have been waterdown, for gods sake did anyone see the bathing suits on the divas, felt like i was in the 50's or 60's, the story lines are great, but more action is needed and some shock factor

I ran through the DVR of RAW last night in about 20 minutes. WWE has so many talented wrestlers and yet week after week they choose to showcase the wrong guys. Nexus is not interesting, those guys can't wrestler for shit, they have no character or charisma whatsoever and yet every week they are shown 4-6 times on RAW and usually play into the end of the show. And while this happens guys like MVP, Bourne, Hart Dynasty, Usos just to name a few are not given adequate time to showcase themselves to the fans. And if you are going to force us to watch Nexus every week and build them as a credible threat then how do you 6 days before Summerslam have them run away? It kills any momentum and story building that has been done over the last 6 weeks.
As for people complaining about the Miz I don't see why. The guy has paid his dues, improved his in ring and mic skills and worked his way up over the years. The guy went from a young kid on Tough Enough to a goofball announcer, to one half of an up and coming tag team to a legitimate mid card performer and 2nd tier champion to a major threat to the main event title picture as the MITB briefcase holder. This isn't WWE hot shotting some punk like Barrett into the main event. This is a guy who has been here for years and has earned his spot. Honestly that is exactly how you build a superstar and I'm shocked Morrison is not where Miz is right now. He is another guy WWE should be pushing but for whatever reason they choose not to.

Hmmm. After reading these comments, I'm convinced that I saw a totally different program that some of you. So, I'm going to agree with J, but a slight variation.
Not only would I like to know what you thought was awesome, but also what you thought was bad and why. Not some of the same, old, rhetorical complaints that I've seen in this forum, but real analysis. Apter was right about showing the Nexus as cowards going into Summerslam, but then again, Nexus could walk away as winners, which would totally put them over in the WWE Universe.
It seems to me, like I've said before, people here choose to complain just to complain or will give praise without elaborating on what was good. If you truly want to help the product, be it complaints or compliments, how about elaborating on what the WWE is down well or bad.
For me:
The Good:
1. A solid Diva's match that was focusing on an upcoming battle between the Diva's Champ and #1 Challenger.
2. The Nexus taking out what I consider the "Ace-Up-The-Sleeve" player in the elimination match, the Great Khali.
3. The Nexus taking out potential replacements.
4. The Miz vs. Evan Bourne (I hate to say it, but I'm liking the Miz as a wrestler).
The Bad:
1. The triple threat tag team bikini match (cmon, all of these women are solid workers. You couldn't find a better match for them? I would love to see a triple threat hardcore match with the women).
2. Speaking of the divas, can we get a match between Tamina and Natalya, please? A good one that showcases both of their obvious superior wrestling skills to the rest of the divas (with the notable exception being Melina).
3. The horrible ending (that can only be saved if the Nexus walk out victorious Sunday).
4. The obvious setup to have Jericho and Edge gunning at the Hart Dynasty for the Unified Tag Team Championships (which in my opinion could be a good thing, until the Usos have more face time and Raw presence to be considered a viable threat. They have the ring ability, but they just need the exposure and push as a solid tag team. Remember all of those wonderful matches between Cryme Tyme and the Hart Dynasty? It seemed like they were wrestling each other every week.)
5. Sheamus taking out who could possibly really be the next great superstar in Kaval (guy's name sounds like a hold-over from Mortal Kombat).
Still don't think RAW was as bad as some of you are saying, but there was definitely some room for improvement.

I stopped watching raw months ago and I still watch tna once awhile. State of Wrestling is stale and not original. ( it doesn't need to be tv-14 to be refreshing and new as long it is a great product, great storytelling and in ring action) Last night was a great reminder of how it was back in the late 90s when I couldn't wait for raw and nitro and when ecw came to tv. the spark has died and someone needs to find a way to light the torch again because alot us older wrestling fans are giving up on wrestling forever.

Wow I didn't watch the TNA/ECW ppv last night nor did I watch Raw tonight..but I still can tell that Raw sucked ass and ECW should have died after the 1st one night stand. TNA wrestling-wise destroys WWE by a long shot but there creative team needs some help. WWE is just a mess and if I went into detail I would exceed the maximum character allowed. WWE is the biggest piece of crap on TV right now and Vince should be hung for allowing the program to air on TV. Summerslam looks like the biggest waste of 45 dollars, I think I'd rather give it to a homeless person than watch that. I wouldn't even watch it for free. Wrestling is on life support and its on the brink of crashing. SOMEBODY for real this time needs to "save us" not that punk Jericho

I'm glad for the great ECW PPV by TNA too. These Nextwhatever guys look like Douche Bags in those matching yellow shirts. It just shows the emotional maturity of the audience. WWE I do hand it to you, push your stuff on the little children and the mindless immature adults that are still trying to find their place in life. It is the easiest audience to dominate and take their money. They don't even know they are being taken. Bret you were the best. 1/10

Just as Apter mentioned right away after RAW ended, "why have NEXUS retreat like cowards tonight against TEAM WWE?" People complain how TNA storylines don't make sense...this has been a company that's been around for years, and they're doing silly things like this? Glad there was a great Pay Per View last night and something great to look forward to this Thursday.
