What should happen to the JetBlue flight attendant?

    I feel for this flight attendant. While not all passengers, or customers, for that matter, are as rude as the passenger who caused this outburst, there are enough like this person to make life a living hell for many in the service industry. As an example I challenge you to stand by in the electronics department of any WalMart store and observe the goings-on. All the way from rude talk to outright physical assault on the associates trying to help them. All this while the management refuses to back up the associate being assaulted, even running away and hiding from the customer.
