How about some Mad Cow mixed in with Offal meat? Offal is the stuff they pick out of the waste and sell to the Cold Cut manufacturers as Salami.

I'd try some of those if someone else cooked them for me. I've tried cow brain toasted well and it wasn't bad, it was the thought. So I'd TRY them, but I don't want to cook it myself and I'm not sure I'd want to know what it was until after I tasted it. Especially the animal nut sacks...
