i had an opportunity to work with Kenny at the Jupiter Ritz Carlton in Florida for about a year and ahalf when he was there, I was there before he came and am still there now and let me tell you that he was absolutely the most articulate, imaginative,organized and loved chef we have had. People still ask about Kenny and his buddy chef Tee I am sure that he will do a wonderful job and inspire many people around him where ever he goes.
