@VP-- ok so basically (i think) an IP address is what defines your computer! its kinda like how your bank account has a routing and account number! so thats how people are able to trace your computer! your phone i believe also has something like an IP address! im not sure if thats exactly what it is but when i asked my brother about it i got confused lol so i only got bits and pieces about it lol
