This is a real quandary for me. I'm dying to vote against Joan Millman and hold her accountable for the mess in Albany and her total, utter failure to say or do anything about it. But Biviano's human-wrecking-ball campaigns, general lack of seriousness and total lack of involvement in the community makes it impossible or me to vote for him. What to do?

Biviano won last years poll for the 33rd overwhelmingly, then he came in 6th place out of 7 candidates when people actually voted.
