I really agree with this post. Like me, i am an undergraduate. A college drop out. But been with real estate industry for 10 years. Currently im with Robinsons Land Corporation and been there for 6 years. I started as property spacialist in 2004 and now working as a senior sales manager of the same company. We are the kind of people who's doing our best to serve the client for the company. In fact, i've experienced a lot of problem when it comes to customers concern and i never leave that to the client. On the other hand, i will not be promoted and stay with the company for so long if i am not doing my job PROFESSIONALLY. Instead i am the one who handles it using a proper customer service as a sign of PROFESSIONALISM. Being a graduate is not a valid reason that we are professional enough to handle our obligations. Its the attitude that counts. I think The author of this RESA LAW is UP FOR SOMETHING.
