How much does outdated smartphone firmware matter to you?

I won't buy a phone unless it ships with the latest Android update.

I'll buy a phone with an older version of Android as long as I know an update's coming soon.

I like HTC Sense and Motoblur enough that the underlying Android doesn't matter.

I don't care what firmware it's got as long as the hardware is good.

When's Windows Phone 7 come out, again?
