What should be done with the VA's crumbling, vacant buildings?

Use for homeless vets -- Even if just a handful can be converted, it's a step in the right direction.

Give them to local governments -- Maybe some can be converted for public use.

Bulldoze them -- It will cost more to clean them up and convert them.

Sell them off -- Maybe it can help offset a portion of the VA's budget.

Not sure.
