Everyone I know, including myself will not go to the movies for FEAR OF BED BUGS.

HATE 3D!! Will not pay a dime more for it. Also, so over movies with no plot. I'd love to know who the idiot studio suit was who ok'd Transformers 3, Jonah Hex or Piranah 3D - he/she should be fired. Even Salt was tired. Not looking forward to Green Lantern at all - trailer looks so the same as everything else. I don't need explosions to get me to the movies. Only a good story. Anybody out there listening? A GOOD story, a good story, a good story! Maybe if I say it three times someone will pay attention. I don't make enough money to pay for YOUR mistakes.

I love seeing movies at the theater rather than at home as there are no interruptions at the theater. However, with our busy lives, it is hard to find the time to get a break to go out when it is so easy to find a movie on TV and stay home.

There has been a lot of recycled ideas out there. It seems foolish to go to the movies when the movie is going to be on dvd in less than a year. Have you seen the choices at the multiplexes lately? Not only is the latest movie on the screen but it is on 4-6 screens. The choices are limited. Smaller, artier movies aren't given a chance at the multiplexes. The concessions prices aren't realistic.

Much better, and cheaper, at home.

I think the 3d movies were cool but i just want to watch movies regular, and they need to be open more later...and also they need to lower the prices...20 bucks per person is getting a bit rediculous....

My friends and I are avid movie goers, we usually go every Friday night (Saturday during football season!) and in the past we've also felt like we had a wide variety of movies to chose from - not this summer, we frequently found ourselves staring down the barrel of some sub par 3D flick or just skipping it and going for a nicer dinner instead. Dump the 3D and bring back movies with stories that are worth watching!

Both - There was nothing out there that I was willing to spend that much on. If I could still see a matinee for $5, I would have seen movies I wasn't dead sure about. At those prices, though, I'm willing to wait till I can get it on Netflix.

    1. People talking during movie. 2. Poor projection - out of focus movie and the like. Overall the movie going experience just isn't as fun as it used to be. It's better with today's HD and surround sound to sit at home and enjoy it.
