Leave the confiscatory personal income taxes where they are or reduce them further, eliminate corporate income taxes altogether (corps don't pay them anyway, they just add them to the cost and pass them along to consumers), reduce capital gains taxes eliminate, eliminate estate taxes, level the rates for the married, allow businesses to expense equipment and improvements faster, reform tort laws especially those that deal with medical malpractice.

Give everyone a 90 to 120 day payroll tax holiday. Let the consumers put money back into the market.
