Starting the new academic year on Labor Day is:

Completely inappropriate.

Kind of tacky, but whatever.

No big deal. You won't get a day off classes for Columbus Day or Veteran's Day, either.

A great idea-- that way, helicopter parents can stick around an extra day without taking a day off work.

What are you complaining about, College Boy? You got the whole summer off.
