The dollars from the first stimulus aren't spent yet. The first stimulus was aimed at infrastructure but a large part went to line the pockets of Obama's cronies. We don't need another boondoggle, pay for the infrastructure improvements out of the money that left over from the first stimulus. If there isn't enough left, audit the stimulus program to go get the money back !

How can this be called Stimulus II when I see no evidence of Stimulus I? This so-called stimulus package has not benefited me in any way. Prices are still out of this world. Gasoline is still about 3 dollars per gallon. Health care is incredibly expensive. If there was a Stimulus 1 what did it stimulate? I understand there are still billions that have not been used. All this is is another ploy by the current administration to lead this country down the road to bankruptcy. Where on earth is the money coming from to pay for all this? I am taxed out. I have no more to contribute. Instead of giving more money to big business and city, county and state governments why not do something to help the little guy. Stimulus my ... here in California the unemployment rate is about 12.3 per cent and growing. Now that is quite a stimulus.
