It looks like a dude in my opinion. A mans stomach doesn't come in at the waist line but a womans does. Even females that are overweight you can see where their waist would be in the pics "Ramona's" stomach is clearly flat but does not come in at the waist line like that of a man, but hey if it is a dude, that's their business.

I think Ramona is a female, born with a vagina.
But born XY.
I think she is a female who has androgen insensitivity syndrome, causing her to physically develop like a female.
She's tall, beautiful, skinny....very lean, very very lean
Perhaps because of this she would have no uterus and be unable to bear children.
