That's just a bunch of fancy mumbo jumbo. It ain't enough to keep banks from trouble.

Thank goodness for Basel III, we don't have to worry about financial meltdowns anymore.

They're making a huge mistake. Higher borrowing costs can't be good for Average Joes like me.
