Why do you think drunken driving arrests have declined?
Greater public awareness about the dangers of drunken driving.
Stricter DWI laws and enforcement of those laws.
People just don't go out to bars as much any more.
Slow economy means fewer people spending extra money on booze.
I'm not really sure.
