FINALLY some stores I can afford downtown! I can't wait!

Have you been to the downtown Ross or Marshalls? These stores will are DUMPS. These CityPlace ones will be, too.

What is with this "safe haven" "hostile city" crap? Screw chain stores, shop local, baby!

Don't be a snob. Not everyone can afford Nordstrom, and those people work downtown, and would shop there if they could. I won't be shopping there, but I'm glad it's going in.
