Is TriMet tough enough on drivers using electronic devices behind the wheel?
Yes. Unless a driver causes a horrible crash, suspensions and a last-chance warning show that TriMet is serious.
No. TriMet should stick to its "immediate termination" pledge the first time a driver is caught. It's the best way to weed out risky drivers and avoid a tragedy.
