Is there a food specific to your hometown that you MUST HAVE when you visit?

Seeking that dish out is the first thing I do when I arrive in town.

It's not the first thing I do, but I make a point of eating it when I'm there.

If it comes my way, I'm glad, but I don't go out of my way.

I don't often go back, but I have it shipped.

There's nothing from my hometown that I like to eat.

I really don't care about food that much.

I think that's just weird.

I live near enough that I never had to miss it.

My hometown is Chicago so when I go home there are a laundry list of places and food I want, I don't indulge every place, every time but I do hit as many as reasonable for the visit. Portillo's cheeseburger and chopped salad, Frontera Grill mole chicken, Lou Malnattis pepperoni pizza, and the list goes on...
