Hello, I know this was posted 9 months ago but I thought I would comment anyway. At first I started doing Bento style lunches so she would eat her lunch. For instance she won't eat carrots but if you cut it into a flower she gobbles it up! But it evolved into one on one bonding time with my 4 year old daughter. I was pregnant when this started to evolve and when the newborn came it really set aside a time for her and I to be together and have fun. She really gets involved and gets inspiration from a book we read the night before or an activity at school. She loves it and it is fun to see her use her imagination with her food and see a green bean as a flower stem, or cheddar puffs as clouds. You should check out my blog and see. So I give it a big YEA especially if you take some time to spend with your child and let them get involved!!!
