Congress should have the same benefits we do. If you want insurance buy it. Retirement? Plan for it. SS? Just like mine.
The individual states should buy housing for their delegation while in Washington and supply a budget to run it. Senators and Representatives should never have a Washington address. They are temporary workers and subject to changes.
