What's your strategy for healthier eating?
I don't buy processed food.
I don't keep snacks in the house.
I don't snack at all.
I only buy organic food.
I use fat and sugar substitutes or lower-fat or lower-sugar versions.
I control portions.
I don't eat meat.
I don't eat any animal products.
I eat mostly plants and fish or lean meat.
I don't have one, but I'd like to do better.
I just eat what I want.
