What are your leadership issues?
• Tricky stakeholders have not had their objectives clarified sufficiently up front
• Multiple / divergent objectives have not been prioritised and sorted early enough
• Decisions take too long and include too many people
• Sponsors are / can not be held to task for their areas of responsibility by Project Managers
• Contractors and sub contractors are not collaborated with early enough during planning or controlled adequately later in the project
• Project teams and/or stakeholders do not feel adequately communicated with or engaged
• Estimates on milestones are over optimistic and expectations are badly managed (over-promised – under-delivered)
• Under performance amongst team members / contractors is not dealt with early / firmly enough
• Issues are not raised quickly enough
